新北市外勤記者協會榮譽理事長張首都先生率團，日前蒞臨新北市後備指揮部實施勞軍，並致贈慰問金新台幣2萬元。榮譽理事長張首都表示，國軍官兵是國防安全的守護者，平日辛勤訓練，在危急時刻更是無私奉獻，令人敬佩。他期勉後備官兵繼續努力，為國防盡一己之力。

Mr. Zhang Shoudu, the Honorary Chairman of the New Taipei City Field Journalists Association, recently led a delegation to visit the New Taipei City Reserve Command to express support for the troops, and donated NT$20,000. Honorary Chairman Zhang Shoudu stated that the military officers and soldiers are the guardians of national security. Their diligent training in peacetime and selfless dedication in times of crisis are admirable. He encouraged the reserve officers and soldiers to continue their efforts and contribute to national defense.

新北市外勤記者協会の名誉理事長である張首都氏は、最近、新北市予備指揮部を訪問し、軍隊を慰問し、慰問金2万元を贈呈しました。名誉理事長の張首都氏は、軍の将校や兵士は国家の安全を守る守護者であり、平時の勤勉な訓練や危機の際の無私の献身は賞賛に値すると述べました。彼は予備の将校や兵士が引き続き努力し、国防に尽力することを期待しました。

新北市後備指揮部指揮官陳健祥上校表示，感謝新北市外勤記者協會的關心與慰問，這份心意將鼓舞全體官兵的士氣。他指出，後備指揮部將持續強化訓練，提升戰力，以維護國防安全。

Colonel Chen Jianxiang, the commander of the New Taipei City Reserve Command, expressed gratitude for the concern and condolences from the New Taipei City Field Journalists Association. He stated that this gesture would boost the morale of all officers and soldiers. He also emphasized that the Reserve Command will continue to strengthen training and enhance combat capabilities to safeguard national defense security.

新北市後備指揮部の指揮官である陳健祥大佐は、新北市のフィールドジャーナリスト協会からの心遣いと慰問に感謝の意を表明しました。彼はこの心遣いが全ての将兵の士気を高めるだろうと述べました。また、後備指揮部は訓練を強化し、戦闘力を向上させ、国防の安全を確保するために取り組んでいくことを強調しました。
