一種宿主細胞中重組目標蛋白質之表現系統，在宿主細胞中提高產率及免疫原性之生產重組目標蛋白質方法。
Expression system for enhancing solubility and immunogenicity of recombinant proteins. The expression system includes a protein expression vector that contains a chimeric gene encoding a chimeric protein comprising: （a） a first polypeptidyl fragment at the N-terminal end ofthe chimeric protein, containing a proteintransduction domain （PTD）, or a fragment thereof, having HIV Tat PTD activity; （b） a second polypeptidyl fragment at the C-terminal end of the first polypeptidyl fragment, containing a J-domain, or a fragment thereof, having heat shock protein 70 （Hsp70）-interacting activity; and （c）a third polypeptidyl fragment at the C-terminal end of the second polypeptidyl fragment, containing a target protein or polypeptide.

讓與標的包含「具提高產率及免疫原性之重組蛋白質表現系統」5項專利權，如下：
一、專利號 JP 5602012；
二、專利號 EP 2154251；
三、專利號 AU 2008250892；
四、專利號 US 7,524,648；
五、專利號 US 7,759,461。
申請期間
自公告日起3個月內（111年6月7日前）受理申請，郵寄資料者以郵戳為憑。
申請資格
申請者得為具中華民國國籍之自然人及依法設立之法人。
申請方式
一、有意願申請者，請填具申請書向農業研究院會提出申請，並確實完成封緘。
二、本次讓與押標金為總投標金額之10%，應以現金、匯票或即期支票方式支付。得標廠商之押標金移充履約保證金；未得標廠商之押標金，於開標後掛號無息寄回投標廠商。
三、若有1位／家以上之申請者，採比價方式辦理比價會議，價高者取得標的專利所有權。
四、比價會議將於公告截止日1個月內辦理，若有2位(含)以上同時為最高價者，將辦理第二次比價會議。
五、得標廠商應於比價會議翌日起算1個月內與農業部完成簽約，且得標廠商需以現金、匯票、即期支票等方式一併支付履約保證金新臺幣10萬元整，若未來有履約不能之情形，農業研究院有權沒收履約保證金。得標廠商簽署「讓與契約書」且生效時，標案履約保證金移充為「讓與契約書」之讓與費用。
