長尾鳥，狀似穿著燕尾服而得名，臺東縣成功漁港5/21日ㄧ口氣抓到快30隻，漁民慶豐收，ㄧ下子消費者就買光光！
The long-tailed bird, named for its resemblance to wearing a tailcoat, was caught in large numbers at Taitung County’s Chenggong Fishing Port on May 21. Fishermen celebrated the abundant catch, and consumers quickly bought them all up!
長尾鳥は尾服を着ているような姿からその名前が付けられました。5月21日、台東県の成功漁港では一気に30羽近くが捕獲され、漁師たちは豊作を祝い、消費者はすぐに全てを買い占めました！
成功漁港阿春水產王俞文說，臺灣東部海域是長尾鳥重要的棲息地，但是長尾鳥是深水魚，性喜洄游在水深50至200公尺的深海，魚網不容易捕獲，於是漁民改用船隻一支釣，由於是海鮮店高級海鮮魚種，臺東縣成功漁港幾乎魚穫ㄧ上岸，幾乎就被立馬買光光！
Wang Yuwen, the owner of Ah Chun Aquatic Products in the successful fishing port of Taitung County, said that the eastern waters of Taiwan are an important habitat for the longtail tuna. However, as longtail tuna are deep-sea fish that prefer to migrate at depths of 50 to 200 meters, they are not easily caught in fishing nets. Therefore, fishermen have switched to using single-line fishing from boats. Since it is a premium seafood species sold in seafood stores, almost as soon as the catch from the successful fishing port in Taitung County is landed, it is quickly bought up!
台東県の成功漁港のアチュン水産の王俞文は、台湾の東部海域はキハダマグロの重要な生息地であると述べました。しかし、キハダマグロは深海魚であり、水深50〜200メートルの深海で遊泳することを好むため、漁網で簡単に捕獲することはできません。そのため、漁師は船からの一本釣りに切り替えました。高級海鮮店で販売されているため、台東県の成功漁港からの漁獲物はほぼすぐに売り切れます！

阿春水產王俞文說，長尾鳥學名：長尾濱鯛，俗名：長尾鳥、紅魚、紅尾鳥（澎湖）、紅嘴針（東港）。長尾鳥主要是以深海一支釣捕獲，臺灣東部產量甚豐，小型長尾鳥用來清蒸、煎、煮湯，大型可用來做生魚片、握壽司等，肉質細膩口感極佳，肉質非常鮮美，是海鮮店的高級海鮮魚種。
Yuchun Seafood’s owner, Wang Yuwen, said that the scientific name of the Longtail Bird is Lutjanus fulviflamma, commonly known as Longtail Bird, Red Fish, Red-tailed Bird (Penghu), and Red-mouthed Needle (Donggang). Longtail Birds are mainly caught in deep sea fishing, with abundant yields in eastern Taiwan. Small Longtail Birds are suitable for steaming, frying, and making soup, while larger ones can be used for sashimi, sushi, etc. Their delicate texture and excellent taste make them a premium seafood choice in seafood restaurants.
阿春水産の王俞文は、長尾鳥の学名はLutjanus fulviflammaで、一般には長尾鳥、赤魚、赤尾鳥（澎湖）、赤口針（東港）として知られています。長尾鳥は主に深海で漁獲され、台湾東部では収穫量が豊富です。小さい長尾鳥は蒸したり、揚げたり、スープにするのに適しており、大きいものは刺身や寿司などに使われます。その繊細な食感と優れた味は、海鮮レストランでの高級な海鮮として人気があります。

林さんは言いました：”春の季節に、長い尾を持つ鳥はさわやかな油っぽさがあり、甘くて脂っこくありません。熟成した刺身は、その上品な風味をより際立たせ、本当に美味しいです！

The spotted knifejaw, also known as “Longtail Bird,” is a rare fish highly regarded by connoisseurs for its three distinct ways of consumption. It has thin skin without fine thorns, thick and firm flesh with a delicate crispness, and a sweet flavor.
尾浜鯛、別名「長尾鳥」は、三つの異なる食べ方で評価が高い珍しい魚です。細かいトゲのない薄い皮と、厚くてしっかりした身、繊細なサクサク感、そして甘い味が特徴です。
長尾鳥魚是相當高貴也算夢幻的魚種，是深海魚又因為釣季短和魚量少，一般傳統市場很難看到牠的蹤影，通常只有日本料理店及一些比較高級的海產店才能吃得到喔！不管是清蒸、生魚片、煮湯的味道也超級棒！
The long-tailed birdfish is a rather noble and dreamy species of fish. It dwells in the deep sea, and due to its short fishing season and limited quantity, it’s rare to find it in traditional markets. Typically, it can only be enjoyed in Japanese restaurants or some upscale seafood stores! Whether steamed, served as sashimi, or in soup, its taste is superb!
ロングテールバードフィッシュは非常に高貴で夢幻的な魚の種類です。深海に生息しており、短い漁期と数量の制限があるため、伝統的な市場で見かけることは稀です。一般的には、日本のレストランや一部の高級な海産物店でしか味わえません！蒸したり、刺身として提供したり、スープに入れたりすると、その味は最高です！
