花蓮縣玉里鎮7/18日的雲層好低好白，一朵朵白雲幾乎都是在樹梢上掠過，吸引不少人好奇觀賞、拍照，說：「快可以用手就摸得到了！」

氣象專家說，這是冷空氣剛移入的徵兆，地面蒸發的水氣遇到剛移入的冷空氣，水氣凝結就會形成貼地白雲。
