秀林鄉公所開設一級應變中心同步開設富世收容所

受到凱米颱風影響，有多數土石坍方及風倒木等狀況，持續降雨，7/28日傍晚6點到7點之間，花蓮縣秀林鄉富世村12鄰山邊陸續發生土石坍方，為確保鄉親安全，公所已於7/28日21:30開設一級應變中心並同步開設富世國小收容站，請鄉親盡速疏散至收容站或依親。
