花蓮縣瑞穗鄉農會2025年3月11日至14日參加東京國際食品展（FOODEX JAPAN 2025），推廣瑞穗在地的優質農特產品，向國際市場展示花蓮瑞穗得天獨厚的農產風味，提升品牌知名度。
瑞穗鄉農會總幹事黃盛皇表示，瑞穗位於花東縱谷北回歸線通過之處，旁有秀姑巒溪與舞鶴台地，好山好水，物產豐饒。瑞穗是現在很多人喜愛的蜜香紅茶的發源地，同時也是台灣第二大的文旦柚產區。希望透過本次參展，推廣瑞穗的好茶與文旦讓國外的廠商及消費者們認識。
本次參展的品項以茶葉以及文旦加工品為主，包括：蜜香紅茶氣泡飲、蜜香紅茶茶包、柚花紅茶茶包、柚花茶茶包、瑞穗有機蜜香紅茶茶葉禮盒、瑞穗蜜香紅茶爆米花、瑞穗柚子鹽爆米花。現場提供試吃活動，讓參展者能夠品嚐到瑞穗優質農特產品的風味。
此次參展，瑞穗鄉農會特別感謝花蓮縣政府的鼓勵與協助，使農會能順利前往日本參展，為在地農民及特產品創造更多商機。瑞穗鄉農會將持續努力，透過國際展會等多元行銷管道，讓花蓮瑞穗的優質農特產品走向世界，讓更多人品味來自瑞穗的天然美味。

蜜香紅茶豆知識：
蜜香紅茶是花蓮的特色茶，緣起於花蓮縣瑞穗鄉舞鶴村。由在地製茶職人使用小綠葉蟬吸吮過的茶菁製作而成，帶有天然的蜜香，回甘不苦澀，且極少使用農藥，對環境相當友善。是一種老少咸宜的特色茶，尤其適合喜愛紅茶的消費者。
瑞穗文旦豆知識：
瑞穗是全台灣種植文旦柚面積第二高的產區，產季為每年的8月底至10月，甜中帶酸，富含維生素C與膳食纖維，是代表中秋節慶的水果。食用方式以鮮食果肉為主，或是開發成調味料。台灣的文旦柚（Wendan pomelo）與日本常見的柚子（ゆず；YUZU）品種不同，風味也很不一樣喔！
Ruisui Township Farmers’ Association Participates in FOODEX JAPAN 2025 to Promote Local Quality Agricultural Products
The Ruisui Township Farmers’ Association from Hualien County, Taiwan will participate in FOODEX JAPAN 2025 from March 11th to 14th, 2025, to promote Ruisui’s high-quality agricultural specialty products. The association aims to showcase the unique agricultural flavors of Hualien’s Ruisui region to the international market and enhance brand awareness.
Huang Sheng-huang, Director-General of the Ruisui Township Farmers’ Association, stated that Ruisui is located where the Tropic of Cancer passes through the East Rift Valley, with the Xiuguluan River and Wuhe Terrace nearby, creating a beautiful natural environment with abundant resources. Ruisui is the birthplace of the now popular Honey Scent Black Tea and is also Taiwan’s second-largest pomelo production area. Through this exhibition, they hope to promote Ruisui’s excellent tea and pomelo products to foreign businesses and consumers.
The exhibited items will primarily focus on tea and pomelo processed products, including: Honey Scent Black Tea Sparkling Drink, Honey Scent Black Tea Bags, Pomelo Flower Red Tea Bags, Pomelo Flower Tea Bags, Ruisui Organic Honey Scent Black Tea Gift Box, Ruisui Honey Scent Black Tea Popcorn, and Ruisui Pomelo Salt Popcorn. Samples will be provided at the venue, allowing exhibition visitors to taste the flavors of Ruisui’s premium agricultural specialty products.
For this exhibition, the Ruisui Township Farmers’ Association especially thanks the Hualien County Government for their encouragement and assistance, enabling the association to successfully participate in the exhibition in Japan and create more business opportunities for local farmers and agricultural products. Additionally, they express gratitude to the Honey Scent Black Tea Sparkling Drink’s collaborative manufacturers for jointly participating in the exhibition, working together to promote Honey Scent Black Tea-related products and enhance product awareness.

About Honey Scent Black Tea: Honey Scent Black Tea is a specialty tea from Hualien, originating from Wuhe Village in Ruisui Township, Hualien County. It is made by local tea craftsmen using tea leaves that have been nibbled on by small green leafhoppers, which gives the tea its natural honey-like fragrance. The tea has a sweet aftertaste without bitterness or astringency, and uses minimal pesticides, making it environmentally friendly. It is a distinctive tea suitable for people of all ages, especially appealing to consumers who enjoy black tea.
About Ruisui Pomelo: Ruisui is Taiwan’s second-largest pomelo growing area by cultivated area. The harvest season runs from late August to October. The fruit has a sweet and slightly sour taste, is rich in vitamin C and dietary fiber, and is a representative fruit of the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is primarily eaten fresh, or developed into seasonings. Taiwan’s Wendan pomelo is a different variety from the YUZU (ゆず) commonly found in Japan, and they have very different flavors!

瑞穗郷農会、2025東京国際食品展に参加 地元の高品質農産物を推進
台湾花蓮県の瑞穗郷農会は、2025年3月11日から14日まで東京国際食品展（FOODEX JAPAN 2025）に参加し、瑞穗の高品質な地元特産品を推進します。国際市場に花蓮瑞穗の恵まれた農産物の風味を紹介し、ブランド認知度を高めることを目指します。
瑞穗郷農会の総幹事である黄盛皇氏は、瑞穗が花東縦谷の北回帰線が通過する場所に位置し、秀姑巒渓と舞鶴台地が隣接する、美しい自然環境と豊かな産物に恵まれた地域であると述べています。瑞穗は現在多くの人々に愛される蜜香紅茶の発祥地であり、同時に台湾で二番目に大きな文旦（ポメロ）の生産地です。今回の展示会を通じて、瑞穗の優れたお茶と文旦を海外の企業や消費者に紹介したいと考えています。
今回の展示品は主にお茶と文旦の加工品で、蜜香紅茶スパークリングドリンク、蜜香紅茶ティーバッグ、柚子花紅茶ティーバッグ、柚子花茶ティーバッグ、瑞穗有機蜜香紅茶茶葉ギフトボックス、瑞穗蜜香紅茶ポップコーン、瑞穗柚子塩ポップコーンなどがあります。会場では試食会を行い、来場者が瑞穗の高品質な特産品の風味を味わうことができます。

蜜香紅茶豆知識： 蜜香紅茶は花蓮の特色あるお茶で、花蓮県瑞穗郷舞鶴村が起源です。地元のお茶職人が小緑葉蝉（チャノミドリヒメヨコバイ）が吸汁した茶葉を使用して製造されており、自然の蜜のような香りが特徴で、後味が甘く苦渋味がなく、農薬の使用が極めて少ないため環境にも優しいお茶です。老若男女に好まれる特色あるお茶で、特に紅茶愛好家におすすめです。
瑞穗文旦豆知識： 瑞穗は台湾全土で文旦（ポメロ）の栽培面積が二番目に広い産地です。収穫期は毎年8月末から10月までで、甘さの中に酸味があり、ビタミンCと食物繊維が豊富で、中秋節を代表する果物です。主に生の果肉として食べられるほか、調味料としても開発されています。台湾の文旦柚（Wendan pomelo）は日本でよく見られる柚子（ゆず；YUZU）とは品種が異なり、味わいも大きく違いますよ！
