中國國民黨主席鄭麗文於中央黨部接見美台商業協會主席柯拉克（Keith Krach）訪團。雙方針對經貿合作與科技前景進行友好交流，鄭主席並樂見雙方在相關議題上持續對話。

在兩岸與經貿議題上，鄭主席提出兩岸穩定即是經濟基石。她直言，緩和台海緊張、恢復溝通，不僅能活絡台灣服務業，更能讓投資台灣相關市場的美商直接受惠，創造雙贏。

針對產業升級，國民黨樂見美國私部門挹注資源，並促成台灣金融業、傳統產業與美國科技巨擘對接，加速引入AI技術，帶動產業轉型。

針對外商最為關切的能源議題，鄭主席也向訪團重申，國民黨將繼續全力推動重啟核能，確保台灣擁有穩定的電力供應。

會談最後，柯拉克主席特別邀請國民黨參與美國建國250週年的「自由250」慶祝活動。鄭主席表達祝賀，也期待與美方共同紀念這份情誼，並彰顯雙方共享的民主價值。

KMT Chair Cheng Li-wun received the US-Taiwan Business Council delegation, led by Chairman Keith Krach, at the Party Headquarters. The two sides engaged in a friendly exchange regarding economic cooperation and technological prospects. Chair Cheng welcomed continued dialogue on these issues.
On cross-strait and economic issues, Chair Cheng posited that cross-strait stability is the cornerstone of the economy. She noted that easing tensions and restoring communication would revitalize Taiwan’s service sector, directly benefiting U.S. enterprises investing in relevant markets.
Regarding industrial upgrading, the KMT welcomes the infusion of resources from the U.S. private sector. Chair Cheng hopes to facilitate connections between Taiwan’s financial and traditional industries and American technology giants, accelerating the adoption of AI to drive domestic industrial transformation.
Addressing the foreign business community’s primary concern, energy, Chair Cheng reiterated the KMT’s full commitment to restarting nuclear energy. This policy aims to ensure a stable power supply, allowing all investors in Taiwan to operate without concerns regarding energy security.
The meeting concluded in a warm atmosphere, with the delegation inviting the KMT to join the “Freedom 250” celebrations. Chair Cheng expressed her congratulations and looked forward to jointly commemorating this bond and highlighting the enduring democratic values shared by both sides.
